Maud Vantours is a very talented visual artist and creative paper designer born in 1985 in France. She began her own freelance business after graduated specialized art courses in textile design and research materials to the ESAA Duperré Maud during her early life.
The color, graphics and matter have a prominent place in her work. Maud like to create a simple pattern in 2D, and after that, she developed the volume and express all facets. Poetry emerges from his sculptures and research to create original graphics such multicolored dreamlike landscapes.
The paper has become over time his favorite material. She folds it, openwork, accumulates, the superimposed layer upon layer to create patterns inspired while volume. In her recently created series Botany (see example above), beautiful three-dimensional flowers are constructed petal by petal while inSpirales, rainbow-colored vortexes seem to go on forever.
