This hot house is situated in a place with lavish greenery and a hot humid climate on the north coast of the State of Sao Paulo. It is designed by Andrade Morettin.
The project was with the main idea of natural huge shelter, which could be good protection from the intense sun and frequent rains, without blocking the natural cross ventilation.
In the two large facades of the house were installed panels of glass fiber mosquito screens with PVC. They are very functional, pivoting and sliding, keeping the insects out without creating an obstacle for the ocean view and wind.
The house is elevated 75 cm above the ground supported by concrete columns.
