		<description>Good building lines but it would have been better if they would have worked with a Landscape architect and done a green roof, which not only will reduce the amount of run off but also complement the looks of the building making it warmer. It is a flat roof that covers a large area so they also could have captured rain water and use it for irrigation.</description>
