Magic Mushroom House

The house has an Aspen Colo profile and was built over several years beginning in 1973. The name of the house ‘Magic Mushroom House comes because of the decor, which includes rustic wood, moss rock and spider plants in macrame hangers.

Nowadays the house is a vacation home for Peter and Patty Findlay. They bought it from the Playboy model and actress Barbi Benton.

The lower level of the house contains a living room, kitchen, gym and master suite. The picture displays a stained-glass inlay on a lower level bathroom door, that is partly framed in this photograph by a portion of a rock stairway.

This is the beautiful living room surrounded by a railing-less balcony, which is a place for potted plants.

Colorful doorway dividers section off the secluded fourth and fifth levels.

A sculpture, ” Spanish Tableaux ” by Guy Dill resides in the backyard.
